Hallway Settle Pew Monks Bench with Lift-Up Storage Seat
Give your hallway, porch or boot room a welcoming place to sit while keeping everyday clutter tucked away. This handmade solid pine Monks Bench has a hinged pine seat that lifts to reveal under-seat storage, with a panelled design that brings character to your entrance.
Choose a 91.5 cm-wide or 122 cm-wide bench, with or without coat hooks, to suit your space. Each piece is finished by hand in your chosen finish, with no flat-pack assembly required.

White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.
Dark Colours and Finishes
Full Hand Waxed, Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.
Special Colours
Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.

Wood Colours
External wood stain choices are pine, honey, medium oak or dark oak.
Choose your stain from the 4 available in the wood sample chart below and enter your chosen external stain in the Special instructions to seller box. If the appropriate finish option is not shown in the dropdown menu, contact us before ordering.
Raw Wood
Select No Finish - Raw Wood for unfinished wood for DIY finishing.
Colour Match Mix
A custom paint colour of your choice that is not listed.
If your preferred colour is not shown in the dropdown menu, select the correct colour group from above and include the colour name in the Special instructions to seller box when ordering. For a custom colour match, select Colour Match Mix and include the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box.
