Every piece is handcrafted in our Chester workshop, built to order with timeless skill, not imported or mass-produced. Secure your place for June 2026 manufacturing and delivery throughout June 2026.

Why Our Delivery Service Is Different

Unlike many online furniture retailers:

Your furniture is not flat packed
Your furniture is not shipped on a pallet
Your furniture does not sit in a delivery depot

Instead:

✔ Your furniture is 100% handmade in our Chester workshop
✔ Delivered fully assembled
✔ Transported by a two-person specialist furniture team
✔ Delivered directly from our workshop where we build it straight to your home

This ensures your furniture arrives in perfect condition and ready to use. Our larger pieces (4 Door and above) do require some simple securing together by yourselves.

Delivery Process

When: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (no Saturdays or bank holidays).
How: 2-person specialist team, direct to street-level/ground-floor room.
Scheduling: ~5-10 days before delivery, we email you your time slot the day before
Missed Delivery: £200 re-delivery fee.
Access: Notify us if stairs, flats, or limited parking.

Collection Option

Collect from our Chester workshop if outside delivery zones.
Recommended transport: van or courier experienced with furniture (Proovia, Shiply, local man-and-van).
Furniture is unboxed and handmade, requiring careful handling.
