We have now opened our order books for a scheduled manufacturing date DURING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to the handmade nature of our business, and as we do NOT import mass produced pre made furniture delivered in a box, we are taking orders for a scheduled MANUFACTURING date AUGUST 2024 and delivery NOW TO INCLUDE SEPTEMBER 2024... We have had an overwhelming number of orders recently placed. 

If we get your order placed today built before then we will also deliver to you before.  *Everything is hand built to order.*


Our time served cabinet makers build everything to order and our handmade furniture is delivered to you as you see them on the website.
We do NOT produce or sell flat pack furniture.

SOLD AS SEEN and for COLLECTION ONLY.

We will not have these products online and we can not list them. They are Sold As Seen as you will need to view them and arrange your own collection.

MANUFACTURING
We are IN OUR WORKSHOP 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday busy building your orders along with NEW ORDERS being placed that determine our lead times.

Our deliveries cover most of England and Wales (please check the map) and are made 
MONDAY to FRIDAY between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 
You will get an email around 10 days before your delivery advising you of the day, date any outstanding payment and if it is an AM (8 - 1) or PM (1 -6) delivery. 
Unfortunately we do NOT deliver our CLEARANCE FURNITURE or on Bank Holidays or at the weekends

We are working on customers orders and getting these items hand built and try and get them delivered in the lead times that have been quoted. If you would like to come and see us please contact us and we can make these arrangements.
We will update this information as and when that we can.

TOTALLY BESPOKE SERVICE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any commissioned bespoke work at this time to your own specific design and styles that you may want us to copy or that you have seen from elsewhere. We are also unable to quote on work of this kind as we are not offering this service. We do not build fitted furniture or offer any fitting service. 

 

 

MADE TO MEASURE sizes - variations on our EXISTING PRODUCTS: contact us with the full description as seen on our website (or attach a link) and your specific SIZE requirements (external height, depth, width). All our items are hand built to order and are free standing. We do not build or sell products bought in from overseas or any self assembly/flat packed furniture. 

QUOTES: If you would like an item that we currently build here in our workshop in Chester U.K., that is to your own size specifications or a slight variation in design we will be happy to provide a quote for this.

All we ask you allow us 10 working days to get back to you. These lead times quoted FOR THIS SERIVCE is due to the increased volume of Made to Measure orders THAT WE HAVE IN and are getting. We are building our furniture and quotes are looked at during our breaks in the day. 

Unfortunately we are unable to build our furniture in OAK until further notice.
