Solid Wood 2-Door Coat & Shoe Cupboard with Top Box – 35 cm Deep

Keep coats on double hooks, footwear on adjustable lower shelves and less frequently used belongings in the included overhead top box. Handmade to order in our UK workshop from solid Scandinavian redwood pine using traditional cabinet-making techniques, this shallow cupboard suits hallways, cloakrooms, utility rooms and boot rooms.

The main cupboard has full-height doors, with contrasting wood finishes on the top, shelves and knobs of finished versions.

Maximum External Dimensions

Overall height: 230 cm, including top box
Width choices: 60, 80, 90 or 100 cm
Depth: 35 cm

External measurements include the top overhang and protruding base plinth. Internal depth is approximately 29 cm. Allow additional clearance for delivery access, opening doors and fitting the top box.

A ceiling height of at least 232 cm is required to fit the top box, allowing clearance above the cupboard’s 230 cm overall height.

Main-Cupboard Storage Layout

1 fixed upper shelf for hats, bags and accessories.
Double coat hooks for coats and jackets.
2 adjustable lower shelves for shoes, boots or baskets.
Included top box for overhead storage, separate from the 3 main-cupboard shelves.

The cupboard is designed for hooks rather than hanging rails and is not suitable for standard clothes hangers used in the normal way. Check the internal space against the belongings you plan to store.

Double Coat Hook Quantities

60 cm width: 5 double hooks.
80 or 90 cm width: 6 double hooks.
100 cm width: 7 double hooks.

Top-Box Delivery and Fitting

The main cupboard arrives fully assembled. The included top box is removed for transport; lift it into position and simply secure it at home using the supplied screws.

Finishes and Colour Groups

Light Colours

White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.

Dark Colours

Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.

Wood Finishes and Raw Wood

Full Wood Stain and Lacquer: pine, honey, medium oak or dark oak. Alternatively, select Hand Waxed - Pine colour only for a hand-waxed pine finish, or Raw Wood (DIY Finishing) for unfinished pine.

Special Colours and Colour Match Mix

Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.
