Solid Pine Storage Top Box for Deeper Larder and Hall Cupboards
Add enclosed storage above one of our deeper cupboards with a handmade-to-order solid pine top box. Choose 1–4 doors, with the width and depth made to suit the Cheshire Pine and Oak cupboard you are buying it for.

- Width: made to suit the intended cupboard
All external measurements are maximum sizes and include the top overhangs and protruding base plinth.

Door Sizes and Style
Select Single Door, Double Door, Triple Door or 4 Door from the Size dropdown.
- Single-door option: for a matching one-door cupboard
- Double-door cupboard width guide: 60 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm or 100 cm
- Triple-door option: for a matching three-door cupboard
- 4-door option: for a matching four-door cupboard
Choose contemporary Shaker or traditional raised-and-fielded designs. Confirm the required style when ordering.
Compatibility and Bespoke Orders
The listed prices apply to top boxes made to fit our furniture in the standard sizes and designs. Door count alone does not establish compatibility: confirm your cupboard model, width, depth and style before ordering.
To fit furniture bought elsewhere, we can quote for a one-off bespoke top box using your measurements. This costs more than the listed options because it requires custom cutting lists, door sizes, design and construction. Contact us with your dimensions for a quote.
Delivery: Customer Installation Required
When ordered with a tall cupboard, the top box is supplied separately for transport and access. You must lift it into position and secure it with the supplied screws. The delivery team does not carry out this installation.
Plan suitable help for lifting and check the combined cupboard and top-box height, plus additional installation clearance, against your ceiling before ordering.

Finishes and Colour Groups
Choose raw wood for DIY finishing, a waxed or stained and lacquered wood finish, or a painted finish. The ordering groups below include both wood finishes and paint colours.
Light Colours and Finishes
White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.
Dark Colours and Finishes
Full Hand Waxed, Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.
Special Colours
Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.
Select Colour Match Mix for these special shades and include your chosen colour in the Special instructions to seller box.
Wood Colours
Full Wood Stain & Lacquer (pine or honey or medium oak or dark oak) - leave a note in the special instructions box with the wood colour you would like.
This listing’s stain-and-lacquer dropdown option is labelled Stained and Lacquered (dark oak/medium oak/antique pine. Select that option and enter your required stain in the Special instructions to seller box. Confirm any wood shade not named in that option before ordering.
Raw Wood
Select No Finish - Raw Wood for unfinished wood for DIY finishing. This listing’s dropdown labels the option Raw Wood.
Colour Match Mix
A custom colour of your choice that is not listed. Select Colour Match Mix and enter the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box.
Ordering Your Finish
Select your preferred listed finish from the Colour dropdown. For standard paint, select Standard LIGHT colour Paint (see colour chart) or Stanard DARK colour Paint (see colour chart), then enter your chosen shade in the Special instructions to seller box.
Raw Wood and Light Wax are also listed. Full hand waxing has no dedicated option on this listing, so contact us before ordering to confirm the appropriate option and price. The groups above describe the wider finish range, so not every finish is individually listed.
