Solid Wood 3-Door Glazed Bookcase with Base Cupboard

Display favourite books, crockery or decorative pieces behind 3 toughened-glass doors, with a separate cupboard below for belongings you prefer to keep out of sight. This handmade-to-order solid wood bookcase combines adjustable shelving with enclosed storage in a 153 cm-wide design.

Choose a heavy cornice or Shaker flat top to suit your room. Professionally applied finishes are complemented by a contrasting wood-finish top, knobs and internal base shelving.

Delivery in 2 Built Sections

The bookcase separates into 2 built sections for transport and access because it is too large and heavy to manoeuvre as 1 piece. At home, lift the upper section onto the base and simply secure together with screws. This involves joining built furniture sections, rather than building flat-pack furniture.

You are responsible for lifting the upper section onto the base and securing the sections together in your home; the delivery team does not carry out this work. Please arrange suitable help and allow sufficient lifting clearance.

Finishes and Colour Choices

Select your finish in the Colour dropdown menu. For a shade that is not individually listed, choose the correct pricing group before entering your preferred colour.

Light Colours and Finishes

White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.

Select your listed shade directly. White and Off White are listed as White Paint and Off White Paint; Elephant’s Breath is listed as Elephants Breath. For Cream or Worsted, select another listed light paint colour and enter your chosen shade in the Special instructions to seller box.

Dark Colours and Finishes

Full Hand Waxed, Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.

Select Downpipe, Railings or Stiffkey Blue directly. For Hague Blue, select another listed dark paint colour and enter Hague Blue in the Special instructions to seller box. For the waxed finish, select Hand Waxed Pine.

Special Colours

Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.

Select One of OUR special paint colours and enter your chosen special shade in the Special instructions to seller box. This includes Green/Grey #5; use the special-colour option rather than Colour Match Mix for these shades.

Wood Colours

External wood stain choices are pine, honey, medium oak and dark oak.

Choose your stain from the 4 available in the wood sample chart below. Select Full Wood Stain and Lacquer (pine or honey or mediumoak or dark oak), as labelled in the Colour menu, then enter your chosen external stain in the Special instructions to seller box.

Raw Wood

Select Raw Wood for unfinished wood to finish yourself.

Colour Match Mix

For a custom paint colour of your choice that is not listed.

Select Colour Match Mix and enter the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box.
