Keep night-time essentials neatly organised with this handcrafted solid pine bedside cabinet, also known as a bedside chest or pot cupboard. The drawer keeps smaller items close to hand, while the cupboard provides useful storage to help keep bedroom surfaces clear.

Each piece is handmade to order in our Chester workshop using traditional techniques. Individually built rather than mass-produced, it combines practical bedroom storage with clean Shaker styling and arrives fully assembled, ready to use.

Choose a Single Cabinet or Pair

Each cabinet has 1 door and 1 drawer. Select your preferred quantity and hinge arrangement from the dropdown:

• 1 cabinet with a right-hinged door.
• 1 cabinet with a left-hinged door.
• A pair of bedside cabinets: 1 left-hinged door and 1 right-hinged door.

A matching pair creates a balanced, symmetrical bedroom arrangement.

Bespoke Shaker Design

The bespoke design is based on the supplied photograph, with contemporary plain Shaker styling and clean, modern lines.

• Plain Shaker drawer.
• Plain Shaker plinth.
• Plain Shaker or profiled top, as specified in the pictured design.

Solid Pine Craftsmanship

Built by skilled craftsmen from 100% solid pine, with no MDF, chipboard or veneers. Traditional techniques provide strength and durability for everyday use. Every piece is unique and made specifically for your order, combining the character of handmade furniture with practical storage.

Raw Wood

Raw Wood, unfinished for DIY finishing.

Light Colours

Pine Stain & Lacquer, White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.

For a light painted finish, select “One of our LIGHT PAINT COLOURS” and enter your chosen paint colour in the Special instructions to seller box. For Pine Stain & Lacquer, select the wood-colour finish group instead.

Dark Colours

Full Hand Waxed, Medium Oak Stain & Lacquer, Dark Oak Stain & Lacquer, Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.

Select the dark-paint group for painted colours, or the wood-colour finish group for wax, stain and lacquer finishes.

Special Colours

Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.

Select “One of our SPECIAL PAINT COLOURS” and enter your chosen colour in the Special instructions to seller box.

Colour Match Mix

We can mix a custom colour of your choice if it is not listed above. Select “Colour Match Mix - a colour that we do not list” and enter your chosen colour in the Special instructions to seller box.

Ordering Your Finish

Choose the appropriate colour or finish group from the Colour dropdown, then enter the exact colour or wood finish you want in the Special instructions to seller box.

If your preferred finish is not shown individually, select a colour from the correct group and enter the desired replacement colour in the Special instructions to seller box.

Use the External Finish dropdown to choose how the finish is applied:

• Raw Wood, no finish for DIY finishing.
• Full Wood Colour.
• Full Paint Finish.
• Paint with Contrast Wood Finish Top.
• Paint with Contrast Wood Finish Top and Knobs.

For a contrasting wood finish, include your chosen wood finish alongside the paint colour in the Special instructions to seller box. For unfinished furniture, choose Raw Wood in both finish selectors.

Delivery: Fully Assembled

Your bedside cabinet is delivered fully assembled. No flat-pack or self-assembly is required, so it is ready to place straight into your home.
