.. when your handmade furniture is CONSTRUCTED…which will be around 10 days BEFORE we are planning to deliver. 
You will get an email around 10 days BEFORE your delivery advising you of the day, date and if it is an AM (8 - 1) or PM (1 - 6) delivery. 
We will give you a time slot of AM or PM and unfortunately you will be unable to choose a time slot as the deliveries are worked out with the route in which they will be made.This email will also notify you of any payments outstanding and due dates along with details of HOW TO PAY.
Our handmade furniture deliveries are made by a specialist furniture delivery company who are based in Chester and our furniture does NOT go to your local delivery holding depot. Unfortunately we do NOT deliver on Bank Holidays or at the weekends

IMPORTANT INFORMATION if you choose to PAY at the time of ordering

If you change your mind about your purchase, please let us know. If you cancel your order that was paid for at the time of ordering PLEASE BE AWARE that the refund will be MINUS the FEES that the payment provider charges. We do not charge our customers any of the payment provider fees at the point or order or sale and we cover these. However, your refund from the payment provider will not be the whole amount as the payment provider deducts these fees from YOU in the refund that they make to you.

There will be no charge for a cancelled 'change of mind' order that has NOT been paid for up front BEFORE it has been built for you. 

If you ordering by email the PAY LATER - DON'T pay today but PAY JUST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY will be automatically added to your order and we will email you of HOW TO PAY when the time arises
