    You will then receive a detailed email order confirmation along with your order number with in a few days of confirming that you would like to place an order.

    WE BOOK IN YOUR DELIVERY SLOT… 

    .. when your handmade furniture is constructed…which will be around 10 days BEFORE we are planning to deliver. This contact is before we do the knotting process, undercoat and top coat painting and fit the hardware.


    You will get an email around 10 days BEFORE your delivery advising you of the day, date and if it is an AM (8 - 1) or PM (1 - 6) delivery. You are unable to choose a time slot as the deliveries are worked out with the route in which they will be made. This email will also notify you of any payments outstanding and due dates. 
    We will give you a time slot of AM or PM.
    Our handmade furniture deliveries are made by a specialist furniture delivery company who are based in Chester and our
     furniture does NOT go to your local delivery holding depot. Unfortunately we do NOT deliver on Bank Holidays or at the weekends.

      IMPORTANT INFORMATION

        • We do not import furniture
        • We do not keep stock. 
        • NONE of our handmade furniture is boxed, flat packed or self-assembly. Every item is built individually to order.
        • Unfortunately we are unable to build our furniture in OAK due to the very high cost and the quantity that we have to order of the raw material until further notice. All our furniture is built using SOLID PINE timber. We do not use MDF, Chipboard, plywood or veneers.

        • DELIVERIES
          • Our deliveries are made with a van load covering the area.
          • We have 2 Days travelling and 3 days of deliveries with an number of overnight stays. We deliver to a GROUND FLOOR/STREET LEVEL room of your choice. 
          • We do NOT make individual deliveries with one order.
          • If there are any issues with access or parking please also let us know NOW. 
          • We do not use pallet companies offering kerb site drops.
          • We are based just outside of Chester over the border in to North Wales.
          • OUR DELIVERIES are made MONDAY to FRIDAY between the hours of 8am and 6pm. You will get an email around 10 days before your delivery advising you of the day, date and if it is an AM (8 - 1) or PM (12 - 6) delivery. Unfortunately we do NOT deliver at the weekends. 
        • MISSED DELIVERY: If you have confirmed the delivery date with us and then you are not home on that arranged day when we arrive - there will be a fixed charge of £150 for re-delivery on a new day. Your furniture will be brought back here and the delivery process is started again. We are based just outside of Chester over the border in to North Wales and we also begin and end our delivery run here. Your furniture does NOT go to a delivery holding depot near to you
