Description

Solid Wood 2-Door Glazed Bookcase with Base Cupboard

Display favourite books, crockery or decorative pieces behind twin toughened-glass doors, with a separate cupboard below for belongings you prefer to keep out of sight. This handmade-to-order solid wood bookcase combines display and enclosed storage in a choice of 3 widths.

Adjustable shelving lets you arrange your storage to suit your belongings, while a choice of painted, waxed and stained finishes helps you coordinate the cabinet with your room.

Maximum External Dimensions

Width options: 76 cm, 91.5 cm or 107 cm

Overall height: 198 cm

Base depth: 43.5 cm

Glazed upper section depth: 33 cm

These are maximum external measurements, including top overhangs and any protruding base plinth, not internal storage measurements. Select your preferred width in the Size dropdown menu. Please check your available space, delivery access and lifting clearance before ordering.

Glazed Upper Section

Twin toughened-glass doors.
Adjustable shelves for arranging books or display pieces.
33 cm external depth.

Base Cupboard

Twin-door cupboard below the glazed section.
Adjustable shelf for flexible enclosed storage.
43.5 cm external depth.

Delivery in 2 Built Sections

The bookcase separates into 2 built sections for transport and access because it is too large and heavy to manoeuvre as 1 piece. At home, lift the upper section onto the base and simply secure together with screws. This involves joining built furniture sections, rather than building flat-pack furniture.

You are responsible for lifting the upper section onto the base and securing the sections together in your home; the delivery team does not carry out this work. Please arrange suitable help and allow sufficient lifting clearance.
