Chest of Drawers: 2 over 1 or 2 Full-Width Drawers

Keep everyday essentials neatly stored in this handmade solid pine chest of drawers from our Cheshire Range. Choose a layout with smaller drawers for organising individual items, or full-width drawers for larger belongings.

Crafted in the UK by skilled artisans using traditional woodworking techniques, each chest is handmade to order and finished by hand. Professional wax provides a long-lasting, attractive colour; painted finishes and unfinished Raw Wood are also available.

Maximum External Measurements

Width: 91.5 cm (approximately 36 inches).

Depth: 43.5 cm (approximately 17.1 inches).

All external measurements are maximum sizes and include the top overhangs and protruding base plinth.

Drawer Layout Choices

Select your preferred layout from the DRAWERS dropdown:

2 over 1: 2 half-width drawers above 1 full-width drawer, 3 drawers in total.
2 full-width drawers: 1 drawer above 1 drawer.

Design and Handles

Choose contemporary Shaker styling or traditional raised-and-fielded detailing. See the drawer-design reference below and enter your preferred style in the Special instructions to seller box, as there is no separate design dropdown.

Wooden knobs are supplied. We can also fit your own handles if you post them to us; arrange this with us before sending them.

Colours and Finishes

Raw Wood

Raw Wood, unfinished for DIY finishing.

Light Colours

Pine Stain & Lacquer, White, Off White, Cream, Elephant’s Breath, Dovetale and Worsted.

Dark Colours

Full Hand Waxed, Medium Oak Stain & Lacquer, Dark Oak Stain & Lacquer, Downpipe, Railings, Stiffkey Blue and Hague Blue.

Special Colours

Green #1, Green/Grey #5, Green #16, Green #21, Yellow #1 and Yellow #2.

Select your chosen special colour directly where listed. The yellow options are labelled “YELLOW #1 (India)” and “YELLOW #2 (Babouche)”. For a special paint colour not listed, select Colour Match Mix and enter the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box.

We can mix a custom colour of your choice if it is not listed above. Select “Colour Match Mix” and enter the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box. See our colour matching and handle information.

Ordering Your Finish

Select your preferred finish from the colour dropdown. This chest lists Full Wax for its waxed finish.

The groups above describe the wider finish range, so not every finish is individually listed. If your preferred finish is missing, select a listed colour from the correct group and enter the desired replacement colour in the Special instructions to seller box.

For a custom paint colour, select Colour Match Mix and enter the paint manufacturer and colour name in the Special instructions to seller box. If there is no suitable wood-finish option in the selector, confirm that finish with us before ordering rather than selecting a paint option.
