Coat and Shoe Storage with an Included Top Box

Keep coats on double hooks, footwear on adjustable lower shelves and less frequently used belongings in the included overhead top box. This handmade solid pine two-door cupboard provides enclosed storage for hallways, cloakrooms, utility rooms and boot rooms in a shallow 35 cm-deep design.

Made to order in our UK workshop from solid Scandinavian redwood pine using traditional cabinet-making techniques, with full-height main-cupboard doors and contrasting wood finishes on the top, shelves and knobs of finished versions.

Maximum External Dimensions

• Depth: 35 cm.
• Overall height: 230 cm, including the top box.
• Widths: 60, 80, 90 or 100 cm.
• Internal depth: approximately 29 cm.

All listed external sizes are maximum measurements, including the top overhang and protruding base plinth. Internal storage dimensions are separate. Allow additional clearance for delivery access, opening doors and fitting the top box.

A ceiling height of at least 232 cm is required to fit the top box. This fitting clearance is additional to the cupboard’s 230 cm overall height.

Main-Cupboard Storage Layout

• One fixed upper shelf for hats, bags and accessories.
• Double coat hooks for coats and jackets.
• Two adjustable lower shelves for shoes, boots or baskets.
• An included top box for additional overhead storage, separate from the three main-cupboard shelves.

At approximately 29 cm internal depth, the cupboard is designed for coat hooks rather than hanging rails and is not suitable for standard clothes hangers used in the normal way. Check the internal space against the belongings you plan to store.

Double Coat Hook Quantities

• 60 cm width: five double hooks.
• 80 or 90 cm width: six double hooks.
• 100 cm width: seven double hooks.

Top-Box Delivery and Fitting

The main cupboard is delivered fully assembled. The included top box is removed for transport and must be lifted into position and secured at home using the supplied screws.
