We deliver to most addresses in mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Arrives fully assembled ✔ Transported by 2-person specialist team ✔ Delivered directly from our workshop to your home ✔ – not mass-produced, not shipped on pallets and not flat-packed. Unlike many online retailers our furniture in not stored in a delivery depot.
Orders for NOVEMBER 2026 manufacturing are now being taken with delivery throughout NOVEMBER 2026.

Please note we can NOT deliver to anywhere that has a ferry crossing or Europe, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man or Overseas - but you can arrange your own collection company.
Delivery Process

When: Monday–Sunday, 8am–6pm (no Saturdays or bank holidays).

How: with extreme care and attention by a 2-person specialist team, direct to street-level/ground-floor room of you choice.

Scheduling: ~5-10 days before delivery, we will also email you your time slot the day before

Missed pre-arranged and confirmed delivery slot: minimum £200 re-delivery fee.

Access: Notify us if stairs, flats, or limited parking. We can make an upstairs delivery (if the item will fit) and this is £20 per floor - please let us know at the time of ordering so we can confirm the additional cost or let you know if there will be access problems.

Delivery Process

💸 Missed Delivery: £200 re-delivery fee
🚪 Access: Notify us if stairs, flats, or limited parking
While we aren't able to offer a specific day of your choice our team will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible on the booked day. They will also contact you directly with your time slot the day before.
Please be assured that your delivery will be carefully coordinated to fit around other orders on the way to you and after you on that same day. If you can not accept delivery on the day that we give you then we rearrange it.

Collection Option
If you want to come and get your furniture yourselves or of live outside our delivery zones, you can collect from Chester:
