How to slightly assemble your 6 Door Unit and TOP BOX
How to Assemble Your 6-Door Unit
-
Identify the sides:
You will see 4 panels with dull sides. These sides meet together when putting the unit together. -
Join the sides:
Position the 4 panels side by side. On the inside, you will see pre-drilled holes—these are where you screw the two sides together. -
Attach the top:
Once the sides are secured, place the top in position. There are pre-drilled holes for screwing the top on. Use the screws provided. -
Touch-up and finishing:
We have included touch-up paint if needed for minor scratches. -
IMPORTANT - Levelling your unit:
If the unit isn’t sitting straight on your floor, the doors may not align properly. - Use the supplied wedges to level the unit.
- This is normal, especially on uneven floors such as carpet, tiles, or wood.
- It is easier to wedge the unit than to try to level the floor.

How to Fit the Top Box
-
Positioning the Top Box:
Carefully lift the top box and place it securely on top of the main base unit. It’s best to have two people for this step to ensure stability and prevent any damage to the furniture. -
Aligning the Units:
Make sure the top box is perfectly aligned with the base unit — both at the front and sides — so the edges of the carcass marry up with the overhang protruding. -
Securing in Place:
Once positioned correctly, locate the pre-drilled screw holes (these are already in place for your convenience).
Using a screwdriver, insert the screws through the holes and tighten them securely to fix the top box to the main unit.
Take care not to over-tighten, as this could damage the wood. -
Final Check:
After securing, gently check that the top box feels firm and stable, with no movement.
