How to easily secure your 6 Door Unit
How to Secure Your 6-Door Unit
-
Identify the sides:
You will see 4 panels with dull sides. These sides meet together when putting the unit together. The middle unit has dull side panels on the left and the right. -
Join the sides:
Position the 4 panels side by side. On the inside, you will see pre-drilled holes—these are where you screw the two sides together. -
Attach the top:
Once the sides are secured, place the top in position. There are pre-drilled holes for screwing the top on. Use the screws provided. Ensure you have the same overhand on the left as you do on the right and that the back of the top is flush with the back of the unit with a front overhang. -
Touch-up and finishing:
We have included touch-up paint if needed for minor scratches. -
IMPORTANT - Levelling your unit:
If the unit isn’t sitting straight on your floor, the doors may not align properly. - Use the supplied wedges to level the unit.
- This is normal, especially on uneven floors such as carpet, tiles, or wood.
- It is easier to wedge the unit than for you to try to level your floor.
